The Instantly MCP server lets AI assistants like Claude and Cursor manage your Instantly workspace through natural language. Instead of writing API calls manually, describe what you want and the assistant executes the right operations for you.

What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that connects AI assistants to external tools and data sources. When you connect the Instantly MCP server to your AI assistant, it can directly manage email accounts, campaigns, leads, analytics, and more in your workspace.

What you can do

The server exposes the full Instantly V2 API as MCP tools. Every API endpoint is available as a tool your AI assistant can call, organized across categories like:

Accounts

Manage email accounts, warmup settings, and account state.

Campaigns

Create campaigns, manage subsequences, activate, pause, and bulk operations.

Leads

Manage leads, lead lists, labels, bulk import, and move between campaigns.

Emails

Read, reply, forward, and verify emails. Track unread counts.

Analytics

Campaign performance, inbox placement, and warmup metrics.

Webhooks

Manage webhooks, webhook events, and CRM actions.

Key features

  • Full Instantly V2 API surface — every endpoint available as an MCP tool, auto-generated from the API spec.
  • Hosted server at mcp.instantly.ai with no setup required beyond your API key.
  • Multiple authentication methods including header-based (recommended) and URL-based options.
